Fuel

Nothing special here...

Fuel Tank

The 'offrodeo' has twin fuel tanks, one sits atop the other and gravity feeds via plumbing just behind the differential.  The lower tank contains a fuel bladder, whilst the upper is filled with foam.  Both accomplish the same end; stopping the fuel sloshing around.  Due to the absence of a fuel sender/gauge, the fuel level can only be taken from the top tank via dipping (dip a stick in, read the level; you get the idea...).

Fuel is fed to the injectors via a scavenging pump, feeding a swirl pot, feeding a high-pressure pump/filter.

The system does however have a fuel pressure gauge, which normally runs at about 40-50psi.  When the car runs out of fuel, the pumps still manage to put out about 20psi (pressurised air), which can be slightly misleading if you're trying to figure out why the engine won't run.
